Online Training

As well as offering personal training in a private studio in west Swindon, Lee Paines Health and Wellness offers online perosnal training: a solution used by clients overseas and in the UK who want the benefits of bespoke training support but whose lifetyle makes 1 :1 studio training difficult.

How does it work?

Questionnaire
Before the team at Lee Paines personal training start working with you, we need to get to know you. You’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire to help us understand your goals, circumstances and preferences. You can follow this up with a full face to face consultation which can be done in person, via Skype/Facetime or over the phone, to suit your needs.

Training program
We’ll then create a bespoke training program just for you – tailored to the information you’ve given us about your current situation and what you’d like to achieve. It will be viewable and easy to follow within the app which can be downloaded to your phone or iPad.

Exercise video library
To ensure you’re doing the right exercises in the right way you’ll get access to an online members area where you’ll find a exercise video library which includes instructional videos for each exercise in your training program.

24/7 support
Here for the highs and lows. As a paying member you will be provided with full support from a member of the team should you need it. Using instant messaging via the app means any questions or concerns can be promptly discussed.

6 Week review
Every 6 weeks we will review your plan and then discuss it with you. Based on your progress and the results of the review we’ll revise your training programme accordingly with new workouts to suit your progress to date plus ongoing and continuing goals.
