After 29 years behind a desk, I decided it was time to make the break and enter the fitness industry. With almost all of those 29 years spent alongside some form of training, it was an easy move.
I am an avid fan of boxing training, a seasoned runner and I have completed half marathons as well as full marathons. I have also spent a good few hours in the saddle, cycling numerous sportives, including participating in the Le Man's 24 hour cycle event three times and ascending Mont Ventoux (on a tandem).
My latest achievement is the man versus coast event which is a 24 mile off road, coastal race!
With all this considered, I totally understand what it takes to juggle life and training for either events or your general life and fitness goals.
