I am a blue belt in Brazilian jiujitsu and have earned gold and silver medals in competitions. I love lifting weights and setting myself new challenges. I especially enjoy leg day or circuits in the gym.
I have a family of my own so I know the importance of training hard and smart especially when time is limited and also the importance of being fit and healthy enough for work and family life.
I strongly believe exercise and keeping active are very important for a healthy body and healthy mind!
