Training with Lee was nothing like I expected it to be, but in a great way! Having never used a personal trainer before, my expectation was that I would be lectured on the food I ate and be put through dull cardio exercises at every session. Instead, Lee has educated me on my diet and nutrition so that I can make my own informed decisions about what I do and don’t eat.

He is also a brilliant teacher when it comes to the exercise itself - from teaching me techniques and form for each of the exercises, to showing me how to use the equipment independently. Each session is varied between body areas, weights and cardio which has been perfect for keeping me motivated. All of the above had made me much more confident in my own abilities and I will now happily go to the gym on my own. I am in the best shape I’ve ever been and Lee has taught me that I’m much stronger than I ever thought possible. I can’t wait to keep working with him in 2019 to see how much further I can develop and how much more my confidence will grow.
