I started working with Lee in September 2012 after many unsuccessful diet plans and failed gym memberships. My goal was to simply loose weight that I had slowly gained over several years, and start feeling good about myself again...

I am a Intensive Care Sister who initially went to see Lee because I had been long suffering from a work related shoulder/ neck injury. Lee treated the problem with several sports massages over a 2 month period. I was so impressed with Lee I decided to enlist his help with my other problem.

I have been a client of Lee Paines PT for a number of years now, first starting back in 2014. I have always found Lee (and his entire team) to be totally professional, supportive, non-judgemental and exceptionally knowledgeable.

Lee is incredibly well educated and stays up to the moment on new discoveries and recent thinking in the sciences that underpin his work – anatomy, physiology and exercise and nutritional science. Then, he listens to me; he really listens to me. He hears my goals and what I think are my obstacles, my fears, and he uses that understanding to inform his approach to the fitness and nutritional programmes he creates to get me to my health and fitness goals.

Six year ago, I was a 68 years old man who started to feel tired and in a bad shape. I had to admit that I had neglected my body and health for too long and a friend recommended me to contact Lee Paines Health and Wellness Studio to see if they could help me. I was impressed by these guys and I have now been training with them 2 to 3 times a week for over 6 years and I feel like a new man. It is of course no easy way, but Lee and his team are masters in motivation and they tailor make a program to fit you.

Training with Lee was nothing like I expected it to be, but in a great way! Having never used a personal trainer before, my expectation was that I would be lectured on the food I ate and be put through dull cardio exercises at every session. Instead, Lee has educated me on my diet and nutrition so that I can make my own informed decisions about what I do and don’t eat.

I’m a former race rider with a long history of sports injuries, an ongoing need for physiotherapy, and a strong desire to stay fit, regardless. By necessity, I’ve learned quite a lot about sports medicine, physical rehabilitation, and the supporting role of nutrition in fitness and recovery. When I met Lee, I’d been struggling to find a personal trainer knowledgeable and flexible enough to take the lead and work with me. Lee listened to what I said, helped me to clarify what I wanted, formed his professional opinion, and designed the perfect programme for me. I began training with him in 2010. Today, at 61, I’m in probably the best shape of my life.

I found Lee's website while searching for a remedial massage therapist in Swindon. From my first appointment I felt comfortable with Lee, confident in his professional manner and liking his friendly approach. I have a permanent serious elbow injury, which Lee has diligently worked at to regain full shoulder movement and significantly reduce elbow pain. I have also started personal training and with care and ingenuity Lee works around my injury to maximize the benefit of training to me. The sessions are challenging but fun too! Lee's enthusiasm is very motivating and my running and overall fitness have already improved. Lee is professional and dedicated; I recommend him without reserve.
